This is the neatest thing. For those of you who have been wanting the convienece of a foodsaver but didn't want such a bolky item or paying the high price for one, here is a little suggestion. Renoylds makes this handheld foodsaver for the small price of about $9.00, even the bags are not very expensive. I love it! I like to buy my hamburger in bulk and break it up into 1 pound bags then use my little foodsaver and keep them in the freezer, that way I don't have to stress about using it before it becomes freezer burnt. It dosn't even have to be a frozen item you are trying to keep fresh you can put anything in them, such as cookies, bananas, bread, really anything. So for those of you who are intrested give it a try I know you will not be dissapointed. P.S. It is great to have as part of your food storage.

wow only 9 bucks! that is so cool! you always see them on tv for alot more so i just never looked! i could definatly use one for the freezer stuff. i do the same thing and buy my hamberger in bulk. and i also buy steaks on sale and freeze them, and usually end up tossing them because they got freezer burnt. thanks for the tip. i will have to look for one!
